About lineage.art

A public workspace for art that is still becoming.

lineage.art is a platform for open projects. Instead of only showing finished pieces, it lets artists share the path around them too: the references, the experiments, the revisions, the questions, and the small decisions that shape what the work becomes.

The idea is simple: artworks do not appear out of nowhere. They have a lineage. This platform is meant to hold that lineage in public, so supporters can follow a project while it is alive and artists can preserve the context that usually disappears once something is posted as "done."

Process stays visible

Projects open as unfinished threads, so sketches, pivots, references, and notes stay connected to the final work.

Conversation happens in context

Support, critique, and comments live beside the artwork itself instead of getting lost across different apps.

Lineage matters

lineage.art is built around the idea that creative work carries history, and that history should remain part of the piece.
